This Pic Is Worth a Thousand Words. Which?



A blitz exercise. Exorcise.

Before I tell you anything about this picture and why it captured my imagination, what does it suggest to you?

In a thousand words or less, of course... :)

I'll tell you what it represents. It was taken in 1919, in Lens. Those people are members of the Peace Conference, visiting the ruins of the local church tower, and looking at the devastation on the plain beyond.

However, I was hypnotized instantly by that guy who turned his back to the escorted group, and sat down, facing the other direction, took out a pen and paper and started writing... On top of those ruins, at that precise moment, he had to do that!

He's probably a journalist... But regardless...

He made me think of...

First of all... you should leave at least a day or two before posting the "solution".

Hey, this will only make it more challenging for you! I took away the obvious stuff, but maybe it was not the best!

Don't waste time on it, but you might be suprised in the next few days by a very fresh interpretation, a totally different perspective.
